How I handle your data

Who I am

What data I process

When you fill in the request form, I receive:

• your name and email address
• the tour, your preferred date and the number of people
• where you are staying
• whether you would like a photo shoot or photo workshop
• anything you write in the comments field

If you book a tour, your invoice details are added.

What I use it for

I use this data only to answer your request, send you a proposal, and organise and invoice the tour. I do not use it for newsletters or advertising and I do not sell it to anyone.

Who else sees it

The website and the form run on Netlify, the company that hosts this website. Netlify stores the forms on my behalf. Beyond that, I only share your data when your tour requires it, for example when booking e-bikes or admission tickets, and then only your name and the number of people.

How long I keep it

Requests that do not lead to a tour are deleted within 12 months. Data that belongs to an invoice is kept for 7 years, as required by Dutch law.

Photos

I only use photos in which you are recognisable on my own website or social media if you have given permission beforehand. You can withdraw that permission at any time.

Cookies and statistics

This website uses no cookies. To see how many people visit the site and which pages they view, I use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts visits without cookies and does not collect visitors' personal data. The fonts and photos are hosted on this website itself.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your data. Email info@tulipguideholland.com to do so. If you are not satisfied with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or with the authority in your own country.
